Livedocs provides a data storytelling platform that combines Python and SQL with no-code visualizations, dynamic text, and AI capabilities. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and editing notebooks with code and visualizations
• Connecting to and analyzing data from various sources
• Collaborative features for team-based work
• AI-powered tools for data analysis and automation
• Sharing and publishing notebooks and analyses
• Data visualization and presentation tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Services (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

The Livedocs name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Livedocs or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Payment Terms

Some features of the Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or using paid features, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription or purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEDOCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVEDOCS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Livedocs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
